As I develop my menu...I add more Tandoori Pakistani inspired dishes

I have been hard at work developing my menu for Shef who I will currently launch with in January 2022. My menu is inspired of Pakistani dishes. Included are a grouping of tandoori chicken recipes in a category all unto itself. Each dish has chicken in it as an ingredient marinated in the famous red tandoori masala that has been used for centuries in modern-day India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh to slow-roast or grill chicken over a firepit. Now, the chicken can be grilled or roasted in a toaster oven or other modern kitchen appliances. Check out my menu items below!
