One month after Ramadan-R&R
Taking some much needed time off with rest and relaxation for a lot of R&R after Ramadan. This year's Ramadan was a time of reflection and spiritual meditation to be closer to the Lord as Creator of the Universe. Every year is special, but this year was particularly so because I offered iftar meals for breaking the fast to so many fasting Muslims as a part of launch of my food business which is special and spiritual in itself. Thank you for all my customers and visitors to my social media and supporters. It was an amazing Ramadan and I spent hours in the kitchen and loved every minute of it. I have my small kitchen that is new and in better state than my last and I have my culinary kitchen for larger prep. Developing my own menu was a dream come true. After experience in 4 kitchens, I had a passion for my own menu development with cooking starting out in my home with my parents and a desire for flavor fusion of Eastern spices such as coriander developed by crushing cilantro parsley into a ground powder spice with Western flair of convection heat and many other types of heat resulting in cooking with a type of heat that is similar to a tandoori clay oven with live flame that results in the effect of cooking meat without the need to sear it in a cast iron pan before cooking and after any marinating. It was one of the marketing items I worked the hardest on as a business technology to develop for advertising and sale to American corporations in the USA and European corporations in the Western Hemisphere with several different brands buying the technology after I advertised it and pitched it as a brand new invention. This was when I had my own marketing set influencing the Economic Era of Prosperity in the USA asked to by U.S. Congress as a Nawaban of Punjab breaking the world record later for a decade of revenue earned as the highest ever earned in the years of 2000-2010 by 2007 three years early.
