Shef Mariam. Her menu inspiration.

Shef Mariam has a dual-MBA. A background in marketing and her own cable TV set led to advertising the opening of corporate chain restaurants in several regions of the USA and more in Europe and Asia. Mariam worked on the launch of Reality TV for cooking channels with the start of careers for Celebrity Chefs in America, Pakistan, and India in the early 1990s to mid-2000s. In college freshman year, Mariam was invited to a Reality TV cooking show by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor but was unable to miss college. She worked on the launch of Jadoo cooking channels. Her studies led her to travel the world and inspired her Halal menu. Her menu was inspired of her travels to over 15 nations in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mariam is passionate about cooking, a Punjabi-American from Pakistan, with roots from Afghanistan & Hindustan (Bharat) for 500+ years.
