Indo-Chinese additions to my menu on Shef!

I am excited to add a much in-demand cuisine to my menu on Shef. Indo-Chinese Cuisine developed as residents living on the border of India and China blended Indian spices with traditional Chinese foods. This type of food began being served in restaurants all over India. This occurred so many times that the term Indo-Chinese developed, and now, Indians living all over the world crave this cuisine.

I began with adding Hakka Noodles and Chinese Veg Fried Rice, but quickly realized that customers wanted menu items with the rice or noodles. I began offering Dry Chicken Chili by customer request and added Thai Chicken Curry Rice Bowl, Chicken Manchurian, Dragon Chicken, and then spent hours narrowing down other recipes I wanted to develop. Going on the menu next is, Kung Pao Chicken, Popcorn Chicken, Shrimp King Prawn Stir Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, and I am finalizing more items for this cuisine.

It is a busy start to Summer 2025, with platters, more sides, and larger portions for summer parties and barbecues as the holidays are upon us!
